Established in 2001, our lakefront house in New London, NH, covers an area of 2.5 acres and has a lake frontage of 165 ft. It offers breathtaking, magnificent views of the Little Sunapee Lake. Fully furnished with central air-conditioning, the lakefront home has three bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom) with balconies facing the lake. It also features 3 ½ baths, a great room with fireplace and wet bar, satellite TV, high-speed wireless internet, screened porch, and large lakefront deck.
The house has fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with gas log stove, great room with wet bar and TV and a TV room in the basement. All linens are included.
Enjoy the hot spring spa, and walk out to the lake on the dock. Laundry facilities are in the basement. Please note, a $150 cleaning fee is required prior to check-in at Maple Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast.
